She is a passionate advocate for helping clients grow, reach their goals, and make the impact they’re capable of. Betty holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Purdue University Indianapolis, an M.B.A. in Personnel & Human Resources Management from Indiana University and a professional certificate from the International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited Level 2 Coach Education Program, through the Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance program at North Carolina State University.
